We sometimes get asked why we don't list a physical address. The reality is we are a home-based business (Although we do give you our address when you decide you'd rather bring your computer to us and you make an appointment with us. We just don't list it out of courtesy to our apartment complex and so that we don't have people driving around the complex wondering where is the "store". If you must know, it's on the intersection of LaSalle Ave and University Parks Dr). Once in our complex we usually have people park in a visitor spot to the right of the entrance in front of the volleyball court. In today's economy it doesn't make sense to maintain a presence at a brick and mortar store. Not only is it expensive, but it is also an unnecessary burden. We are not ashamed of this. We live in a 21st century world and operate in a 21st century economy. The playing field has changed. We can offer our customers an unprecedented level of support and availability that wouldn't be possible if we were tied down to a store.
